How do we use your information?
We use the information collected from you in order to create and manage your booking. We take a name to make the booking under, a contact telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding the booking and an email address to send you a confirmation. Although your card details are required to make payment, only the registered address is kept on our system – all other details are dealt with securely by a separate, authorized and compliant, credit card processor to ensure security of your information. For fraud protection you may be asked to present either the card used to pay or a form of personal ID on the day of your booking. Details of the card or ID presented on the day may be recorded by Twinwoods Adventure.
We may use your personal information to communicate with you from time to time, or to notify you about important changes or developments to the site or our services. If you change your mind about being contacted in the future, please write to us at [email protected]
